How To Take Action

I would suggest implementing a Google Gemini 2.5 Pro for several tasks. Start by using the free version to create a YouTube content plan. Gather data from your own videos, and let Gemini offer optimized, catchy, SEO-friendly titles. Next, you can do this for generating ideas for blog posts without exhausting resources. Have Gemini identify gaps in competitor content and suggest valuable topics to focus on, enhancing your SEO efforts.

A good way of doing competitor analysis is by using Google Gemini's deep research option sparingly, focusing on projects where it will provide the most benefit, like understanding content gaps. For landing pages or step-by-step recipe creation, use screenshots or references from existing high-quality pages to recreate and optimize your own web assets.

If you create video content, let Google Gemini choose key parts from your videos to easily generate YouTube shorts, driving increased engagement without much extra effort.

A practical step would also be to use Google Gemini’s research ability for creating low-cost, time-efficient solutions like recipes or targeted content plans. It can suggest improvements based on existing online feedback, refining your final product.

By focusing on these low-cost, high-value tasks, you'll maximize the benefits from Google Gemini, saving money while still achieving great results. Lastly, consider upgrading to the pro version if you consistently find yourself in need of deeper research capabilities.

Today we're going to be looking at five ways that I've been using Gemini 2.5 Pro. So, let's get started. The first one on the list is a YouTube content plan. Let me show you the advanced features and how I put together different ways of researching and using the power of Google Gemini. It specializes in being able to go out and research content, different websites, and you can give it links or research. It's able to reason, research, compare data, and come up with a really cool content plan. I have a prompt and everything. We're going to get started with this. So, I come in here, and we'll go into new chat right over here, and we're in the 2.5 Pro Premium Preview. In the last couple weeks, they've actually simplified this. They changed the UI a little bit. It used to have a section over here where you could select deep rearch, but that's no longer the case. You just pick these. Most of the time you're just going to stick right here. 2.5 Pro preview. And then if you want to do deep research and or use the canvas, you'll just click those down here. But what I've been doing is you can use the pro features and a lot of these advanced features, you can use them on the free version. You'll just be limited. And some of the things that you can do, your daily or monthly use will be limited. Using deep research, you want to be really careful on the free version because you only get like three uses. According to my research today on June 2nd, 2025, you only get a few uses for free. If you want pretty much unlimited use, then you're going to have to upgrade to the advanced or the pro version. I'm on the pro version and it's $20 a month and it's the best $20 of any software I've ever spent, period. To create a YouTube content plan, we want to help create video ideas and titles and find out what my next YouTube video should be. This will help content creators and YouTubers. So, I'm going to go ahead and go like this. I'm going to copy this prompt I have over here. And then what we'll do is we don't need the deep research. We're just going to leave this blank. But below our popular videos in the blank, right? So, I'm just going to say AI. And you'll see why I say this in just a minute. So, I'm going to say AI niche example. And right there, I need to say extract. Extract all the data. And keep in mind all of my content and videos on learnwire channel. Develop a YouTube content plan with optimized clickbait SEO YouTube titles that are more likely to get a ton of views from the YouTube homepage feed browser section and recommended section. All titles should be 70 characters or less. We want to go after video title ideas that are more likely to go semi or mini viral for my channel. Right? If you have a small channel, you're just starting out, you're not aiming for tens or hundreds of thousands of views just yet. But if you can start getting hundreds or even a few thousand views right away, that will be really good for your channel, right? And so what we want to do is below our popular videos. And right here, I need to add this. So here is my and we need to go over to learn wire. So I'm going to come over here and click on videos right here. Even though Gemini doesn't need this, I like to help out when I can. One less step that they have to research. So I'm going to put that in right there. And so we are telling Gemini that this is our YouTube channel. And then we're saying below are the popular videos and AI. Now I'll show you how we're going to get that. You can pause the screen and look at the prompt that I have right here. Now we're going to go to this other tab. This is just my account. I'm on wire right here. And I go to the AI section because AI is basically software, right? And my channel has to do with software. You can see up here the URL string. There is no special URL string that says YouTube/AI or something like that. So it kind of just filters it for you. So, what I'm going to do is that these are just channels that are going to show me channels I'm subscribed to, but then also suggest channels I'm not subscribed to that have to do with AI. And what I'm going to do is copy all of this information down here and keep going for a bit. We don't need to get too much because we're just training Google Gemini on this prompt. So, that's enough data within the last month. Most of these videos are within the last month. And we have all this data. I'm going to say control C. So, we're going to copy this data. We're going to go back into Google Gemini and then right here I'm going to do a shift return and I'm going to paste all that data in here. It's going to take a minute because that was a lot of data that we're pasting into this box. But you can see all that data. It has all the titles that people are titling their YouTube channel videos with. The amount of views, it's separated beautifully for us actually. So, we're going to go out and do the research. There are other ways you could prompt this. Like I said, this is a free kind of video where I want you to be able to do this in a free way. So, we're just doing that extra step and getting the data. Now, if you want Google Gemini to do everything for you and just provide a couple links and tell it, hey, go research all the most popular AI videos, Gemini can do that, and I've already tested that. It's a great way to do it. It will take longer, too, because it will be performing deep research. So, this is the best, most practical way to do this right here. And then all we're going to do is come over here and push the submit button. And now we have this giant prompt. I like that it shortens that whole thing up instead of chat GBT where you have to scroll down for pages after pages. If you want to look at exactly what's going on, you can take a look at the entire prompt right here. You can just pause the video and look at it one more time. So now it's going to show thinking right here. We can see what it's doing. It's generating YouTube titles. It's currently analyzing the list of popular AI videos to understand prevalent clickbait clickbait SEO title patterns. My goal is to craft compelling titles for learn wire that are both enticing and SEOfriendly staying under 70 characters. It's a challenging but interesting task as I'm learning a lot about the current content landscape. So, it's actually has to go out and learn how to be a YouTube kind of content title expert, right? Defining content pillars. I've made good progress on outlining the content pillars. I mean, look at step by step. It tells you exactly what it's doing along the way. and I've been an avid Claude AAI user and I still use it on a daily basis. I've already logged into it today. It helped me create the title for this exact video. The more I've used Gemini lately, the more I'm really starting to become a believer in this tool and that it there are many things that it does that it just blows out any other tool out of the water. this advanced type of research and comparison between data and URLs and so forth. That's where Gemini shines and that's how as a content creator I use the tool the most. You can see outlying video so it's brainstorming video ideas based on the trends. So it does not miss a beat. It does not miss any instructions. We gave it this prompter. It doesn't skip over some of the details which a lot of other tools do including Claude. Sometimes Claude just had a hard time if you really dig in with an advanced prompt. Sometimes it misses important small details that you've added. Well, Gemini, what it does is it actually tells you along the steps, the steps of the way that it's doing every single thing that you asked. It's addressing every single sentence and statement that you made in your prompt. Really awesome stuff. So, we have outlining video ideas, developing targeted video ideas. So, I'm now generating video ideas with Learn Wire. Learnwire's assumed niche in mind performed by an analysis of popular AI videos considering the focus on AI tools and making money online. I've developed video concepts around Gemini Pro, Notebook LM, Perplexity, practical AI applications. These ideas aim to provide valuable insights and practical value to the expected target audience. I'm focusing on how-to guides, comparisons, and tools reviews to capture their attention. Refining title strategy. Now it's moved on to it's already gathered the ideas. It knows what it wants to create content on. But now it's going to go out there and can compare the titles that have done well and then it has the data on mine too because remember mine we did not. So this is showing the power of both ways of doing it. We only provided the link with learn wire videos, right? And so it already went and researched my channel and all the videos that we have on it and it's going to put those all together and create this ultimate YouTube content plan for us. The new way of creating YouTube titles and what you should create next is here, right? You can just use this. You don't have to pay for another tool to do this. It will just do this for us for free, which is brilliant. So, we'll come down here and see what it's got for us. So, keep this in mind. We didn't even instruct it that, hey, I want this in a table format or I want this in a spreadsheet format. I should have done that cuz it would be nice and tidy for us, but that's okay. We can look at it this way as well. We could also come back and say, "Hey, this is great. Put this in a table for us." So, let's see. Given the name LearnWire, I'll assume your channel focuses on teaching viewers about AI tools. That's exactly what it is. So, key themes and angles right here, we have new, just released, first look, specific AI models. We've got all this stuff right here. This is great. These are the exact tools that I want to create more content on. Look at this. Exaggerated impact, mind-blowing. This is the stuff that everybody else is doing. And so you've got to join that party if you want to use this model of YouTube title in order to get views. You can find videos of small channels with under 5,000 subscribers that use titles and words like this and they end up getting 10, 20, 30, 50,000 views because they're creating really good YouTube titles. That's the aim of this particular use case. So let's come down here and we've got our titles. It really came out with it gave us five titles for every video, which is super cool. I didn't specifically say to do that, but that's the way that Google Gemini decided to run with it. We're going to give you five titles for each type right here. So, we have video idea 1, deep dive into Gemini 2.5 Pro and Notebook LM integration. So, the concept showcase a powerful workflow using Google's latest tools focusing on productivity or a specific outcome, research, content creation. So, we have Gemini 2.5 Plus, Notebook LM, My Secret Workflow, Four Times, 4X Power, Gemini, Notebook. Every single title has Notebook LM and Gemini, which is great. So, these are great titles. And notice they're all under 70 characters. I can tell just by looking at these, these are all under 70 characters. These are really good titles. It's using all of the popular frameworks for creating titles. The most action, you know, kind of emotionally evoking words. Stop. Stop what you're doing. That's capitalized right there. Video two is exploring Perplexity AI's new labs or advanced features. And then it gives us our five titles. What I would do to improve on this prompt is say, "Hey, after the five, pick the one that you think will do the best." Sometimes it's just nice to AI pick it. Then you can see what AI thinks is the best title. You can use your own brain to them and say, "Actually, I like this better and pick that one." Now you've got all these video ideas right there. Look at all these amazing ideas. a review of a hot new underrated tool. You can put the tool name right there. The AI that changes everything. AI blank, my honest shocking review. It's giving us all these great title frameworks that we can now use. There's no end to what you can do with this. It created a bunch and I don't know if I gave it the exact. So, here's a video idea 14 right here. AI and the future of and then the industry. We have AI and SEO is Google AI verse programmers. Devs are over the truth. So if you want to dig deep into a video and a topic like that, then you can and you could create these types of titles. So it gave us a content plan right over here in some general tips for thumbnails and opening hooks. It gave us 15 ideas just like that. We could come in here and say, "Give me my next 15." So we could say this. We'll just do it. Okay, perfect. So we just prompted it one more time and then we're going to move on to the next one. And I'm spending a lot of time on this one because I'm a YouTuber and this one just flat out is is an awesome way to use Google Gemini 2.5 Pro. Right here, I said, "This is great. Give me my next 15 ideas as well." So, 30 total. Also provide the content plan in a nice easy table. You choose each title for each topic. It's going to create this for us. And here we go. It did this very quickly. Here's our 30-day AI content plan. June 2025. You have your video idea. Here's the concept. Explains a little bit more of what type of video we're creating. It literally has the optimized clickbait title under 70 characters. This is our content plan. And now we just need to go and get to work and create content. We can export this to Sheets right here. I've actually never clicked on this button. So, let's click on that. It's creating a spreadsheet for us real quick. And a new spreadsheet created. We can open this in Sheets right here. And here is our new content plan. And so all we have to do is just go over here, double click right there, and then maybe double click right here. And we have our nice, we can bold this right here. And now you have your content plan. And you can just say over here, published right here. And you could do a drop down if you want to. Or you could just say yes every time you create a video. Just push yes. You know where you're at right here. Really good stuff right here. Okay. So, what do we've got next? So number two is a blog post content plan. Now, don't worry. I've already done everything ahead of time. I'm just going to show you how I use this for my keto niche blog website. So, we're going to create a blog post plan right here. I'm going to come through and we're going to actually look at one of the first things I did when I used Google Gemini. We came over here and it was a competitive content analysis and strategic growth plan for Keto Crush versus Perfect Keto Blog. So, I went out and I typed in keto ketogenic diet for beginners or something like that. And I strategically went to page two or three and found a blog. It wasn't a big corporation business government site or a college. It was just a blog, perfect keto.com. And and I examined the traffic and that's very important on the way that I would do this. I didn't go after someone getting millions of visitors per month. That's just hard to compete with. But I found this blog getting between two and 300,000 visitors per month, which is great. Any site's getting that much traffic can make thousands of dollars a month. And so, keeping that in mind, my Keto Crush site has virtually no traffic other than Pinterest. So, what I did was you can see that, let's go and show you what the prompt on this one was. So, my website is ketocorrust.com. I found a competitor here, right here, Perfect Keto, and I even gave it the blog because again, help it out. If you can help out AI, that's great. just provide the blog pages so I can specifically just dig right into the blog pages. So focusing only on blog content, specificallyformational content, tips and types of articles. I want to write articles that are easy for AI to write that are going to take the least of my time, least of my research. We want to create a content gap. So come up with a content plan for my blog that would cover topics that perfect.com has covered that my blog has not. The so basically a content gap analysis. The content needs to be ideas that Keto Crush could easily rank for. You will investigate both websites and tell me what I need to write and add to Keto Crush to grow the website. It goes out there and this is a deep research example. This one actually did use the deep research functionality. I believe this is the only one we're using deep research for, but you get a few of these for per month for free. Strategically use them. If you have a website and you want to use this type of strategy, you can do that two or three times per month before you actually use the full deep research. It's going to give you step by step what it thinks that it that you want and all you have to do is read through this and it wants you approve that's exactly what I want you to do. Gemini gets it right pretty much 100% of the time. Then you'll just push the go ahead feature and it will just it'll go back and it'll do some research. It might take about 5 10 minutes. It does all conducts all this deep research and then you come back and it gives you all this information. An executive summary, a purpose, key findings overview. It does all this information. I'm not going to bore you with this. You can read through this entire report right here. Download the report and send this off. You could actually offer this as a service if you had the pro version. We're going to come down here and show you the golden nugget of this one, which is table one. Here's the content gap and opportunity summary. We have 1 2 3 4 5 six. Now, we could just go and say, "Hey, give me my next 20 ideas. Here's our first six. We have our SEO opportunity level. High, medium, medium, high, medium, medium." They broke it out. perfect keto wellness weakness indicator compares the topic our competitor site and ours explains why it thinks that there's a potential content gap and so forth. It actually gives us the exact per article example what we should title our our blog post right here. So we have all this right over here. That's the first level of research. Here's some topic clusters gaps and all that. We scroll all the way to the bottom and it actually came out with the actual content plan. Here's the recommended article topic right here. Boom. We have all these right here. So, six article topics, primary keywords to go after. We have the key angle right here. And then the content format notes right here. And then your priority. So, you have your high. So, it automatically sorted it by high to medium as well. So, what we could do next is prompt this and say, "Hey, I noticed that you had two ideas that were high priority and that were really, really good. Give me 10 more like this that we could rank within 10 days." and it'll go out there and do more research and get those topics for you. So now you have a content plan right here without having to go out and do keyword research and in the traditional SEO sense that SEO has been doing for decades now. In this case, we're just using the power of Google Gemini to go out there and find a website, which that's the only manual part that I did, and then come up with the prompt and let AI do the rest. So really cool way to create your blog post content plan. So that was number two. Let's jump into number three. And this is landing page creator. So we're going to just jump right in. So let's just say that you have a SAS product or you're selling something on Etsy or you're selling something on Shopify and you want to create a landing page for your product. So let's just say this is a Mailchimp right here. This is one of the biggest email marketing softwares in the world. And so we have this whole landing page right over here. And so what we do is use this plugin called Go Full Page. it actually snap a full screenshot of this entire page. Then we'll come back into Google Gemini and we'll come over here and we'll go to new chat start fresh right over here. Okay. And then right what we're going to do right over here is we're going to push the plus button, upload our file, and open the file. So this is what it looks like. That's why we use that Chrome extension because it will allow us to download the full screenshot of this landing page. Very important. Okay, so that's how you do that. So, we have that right there. And now we're going to click on the canvas right here. We have our prompt right here. You can pause the video and check that out. And now we're going to go over here and push the go button. And now it's going to go out there. It's going to take the data and the information, the attached landing page that we found in research that we like, right, as a reference point. And then it also knows the product. We could add links and all that into here that it could code and create clickable links. If you want the buttons to go to this or that, but this is just to show you the starting point of what you could do to actually create your web pages in HTML format. All you have to do is just go into your WordPress site or whatever site you're using and upload this code as an HTML file. Or if you're in WordPress, you can just open up a page, create a brand new page, and then add the HTML custom code widget, and then paste this into there. And I've already tested this, and it works flawlessly. And then you could actually set that to your homepage. And then you would have your entire homepage created. So right here, you can see that it's been creating this for us. Let's see what it came up with. We have Ninja Mailer, features, pricing, integrations, login, sign up. Right over here we have get started watch demo. Unleash ninja fast email and SMS. Skyrocket your revenue. Ninja mailer is your ultimate weapon for crafting compelling campaigns, automating workflows. And then you would just go and change this to what your tool actually does. The more information you provide, the better it's going to do for creating your landing page. You're going to attach images and say, "Hey, replace this image with that." Look at the quality of the landing page. Now, if this is too dark, all you have to do is come over here and give it a color palette and say, "Hey, lighten it up a little bit." And it will do that for us. When you hover over, look at the hover over boxes turned to a dark orange and so forth. This could be potentially be your landing page. So, super awesome way to create landing pages for your business very easily. All right, so now we have a number four shorts creator. What we're going to do is go over to Learn Wire real quick. We're just going to go into videos and go to a video that did really well. I liked this one right over here. So, I'm going to rightclick and copy the link address of this video. This is my channel, so I can do this. I usually make that very clear in my transcript because I'm using my video, my brand, because if not, there is an AI and algorithm that does search for people downloading other people's videos and so forth. So, we're not going to do that. So, I recommend this on your own brand and your own channel. But now, we're going to go into Google Gemini. We're going to start a new chat real quick. And I'm going to say, so I've already written this ahead of time. So, I'm going to paste this in right here. Scan this transcript of this video and find the absolute best parts of the video worth turning into 30 to 60sec clips. Right. Give me the top five parts of this video. Give the exact timestamps so that we can go later on. We can go back to our video editing software and create these shorts for us. This is going to identify where we should go in and find these clips and highlights of our long form videos. All we have to do is pause and see what we wrote right there. Now, I just need to go back and get that video one more time. So, right click, copy link address, come back into Gemini, give the video URL right there, and then push go. And this is what I like the most about Gemini is the ability to just give it a link literally like Claude for the longest time since its existence couldn't do this. It might be able to include Sonet 4.0 know now, but it took them forever to be able to do this, right? And the speed at which Gemini does this and that this is an easy task for Gemini, right? And that's why I'm really really gravitating to Gemini lately because it can perform these tasks right here, which for other large language model tools is actually an an advanced difficult feature and often not even a capable feature of other large language model softwares. Here are five segments from the video that could be used to create engaging YouTube shorts. So from number 07 to 037 description. This segment introduces Google Gemini's Advanced Pro highlighting its Google user base. Then we have number two right here in the description right there. And it just gave us all of our where we need to go and identify these, right? And so here's the title, Gemini Advanced. And then the description, I would want to hone in and say, "Hey, make it a catchy description and give it an example." That's what I recommend doing, giving it an example of kind of the format of the description because in this case, AI didn't give an optimized description, like talking to the user or viewer that might watch this. And so that's the only thing I would improve about this. But it gave us the title that you could use in your YouTube shorts or Tik Tok video, Gemini Advanced, more than just an AI chatbot. And then we can go over here and it actually identified these. And you can see that it skipped from two and a half minutes all the way to five and a half minutes to find another one. And it's also not creating anything more than a minute. And that followed instructions as well. So the way that it follows instructions is just insane. So what you would do over here, let's just say right here, let's go click on this 1621 and put this whole content game plan together for us. Now I'm going to take this content. So we have a content recommendation. And then what you're going to do is go into your video editing program. For me, it'd be very easy because I use Dscript AI to edit my videos and it already transcribes everything. So, all I'd have to do is go to Gemini or this section of the video, find it, and then highlight it and say create clip. And a descript would just automatically create the clip from this 16 minute 21 seconds to 17 minutes and 4 seconds. We'd upload it to our YouTube channel and then we have our title and then our description. Gemini, we're using advanced AI to identify these uh right from the source. Any tools that are built that are doing this, they're basically going to be doing something like this similar using tools like Gemini that have the capability of doing this. You'd be able to do this yourself, which is super cool, right? And then finally, number five on our list is a recipe creator. I've been using this for a lot of cooking. One bonus way to use this. We were going to go to Panera Bread and I'm on a low carb diet. And so I told it, hey, can you rank the lowest net carb Panera Bread soups from lowest net carbs to highest? And so it researched all of the soups available at this restaurant. Then it put together the highest to the lowest to highest cuz I told it to rank it. So homestyle chicken noodle soup would be the lowest carbs right here. Net carbs is 12 g. broccoli cheddar soup net carbs 16 right there and it keeps going down. So if you're on a low carb diet probably don't get the creamy tomato soup as it's the most loaded carbs right there. So just simple ways. I've been using this more as a search engine lately. Advanced reasoning to answer your question in a more wholesome way and you don't have to do the research. It just does the research for you. Check this out and it is accurate. So that's a really cool way to use it. I'm going to go over here to new chat. Paste our prompt. Research the highest rated keto bagel recipes. Research the comments and reviews that users give on how to improve the recipes and cooking methods. Then improve on the best recipe you find. Make it even better and give me the final recipe in a concise format listing all the ingredients needed and the cooking instructions. So in this case, it's deciding that it needs to do deep research. This would be one of the ones where there would be some ways to maybe mess around with your prompting in order to stay within just a regular type of research. But in this case, it automatically selected deep research. Very important. So, like I said, find a strategy that works for you that's not going to use your deep research credits if you're on the free version. But people like me that are on the pro version, you're going to be able to use this. It's recommending that we use a deep research segment for this. I'm glad that it did so I can show you live what it's like to use the deep research. It's going to do all of these steps right here that it's identified. That's a ton of stuff it's going to do. And so you can change this or you can edit the plan or we can start the research. And I'm going to start the research and come back. Now it has all the information it needs and the steps to go out there and research. This is why this is so cool. Let's say that you have a keto YouTube channel or a website and you want to make your own content. So we're going to use AI. It's going to combine recipes from several different sources. It's going to research feedback and users that have used really highly rated, you know, highly rated recipes, but that have and then it's going to read the comments and some of the more negative things that people have said about the recipe, they're like, "It's great, but I found that when you use this kind of flour, it comes out more dry." So, when I incorporated this ingredient and left this one out, I've gotten amazing results every time. A lot of times that's exactly what happens. Users that do exact recipes actually help improve on recipes because they test it out and they're like, "Oh, it actually didn't come out as good as maybe that that chef is making out to be or I don't like it like that, so I'm going to do this." And it just combines all that data for us and that's what it's doing right now. And then it's going to come out and give us the ultimate best recipe. It's going to know what flour is the best, what oil is the best to use, and it's going to put all that together and create the ultimate best keto bagel recipe for us. So, this is an extremely awesome way to use the tool. You can see we have this status bar over here. It's researching 17 websites. This is the kind of deep research that Google Gemini is doing right now for us. This is one of the most powerful ways to push Google Gemini deep research to go out there and do all this data and then come out with an amazing output for us. So, it's thinking it's doing all this.
